Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products (including Body, Eyes, Face, and Lips categories). Sun protection products may be returned if unopened with safety seals intact.
