All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Free Shipping
- Available for orders of $50 or more
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple return and exchange process for qualifying items.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Include all original packaging with seals intact
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
- Be requested within 15 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used skincare products in the Body, Eyes, Face, and Lips categories
Sun protection products may be returned only if unopened with safety seals intact.
Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return Request – [Your Order Number]” and include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- For exchanges: specify the replacement product
Step 2: Receive Authorization
We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions within 2 business days.
Step 3: Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Be sure to include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Step 4: Ship Your Return
For defective items: Use the provided free return label.
For other returns: Ship using a trackable method to:

Exchange Process
To exchange an item:
- Follow the same steps as the return process
- Clearly indicate in your email that you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
- We will process the exchange once we receive and inspect the original item
- You will be responsible for any price difference in the exchanged items
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Credit card/PayPal refunds appear within 5-7 business days
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
